To place an order:
Please fill out the order form below and email it so we have a printed copy of the order and we know you have read the return policy. You will receive an automated response first and then an email from us confirming the order usually within 24 hours during business days. Longer on weekends. This prevents mistakes and misunderstandings that can occur over the phone. Once we have received your order we will email a toll free phone number for you to call us with your credit card information. Then will charge your credit card for the amount agreed upon. Once the card is charged we will fax or email an Authorization form for you to sign giving us permission to charge the card the total amount. Orders will be placed after all payment information and authorization forms are received.

Yahoo accounts please check your spam box as we have a lot of trouble with our reply emails not getting through. Email us again if you don't find a response.
