To place an order:
We prefer you to fill out the order form below and email it so we have a copy of the order and we know you have read the return policy. This prevents mistakes and misunderstandings that can occur over the phone. Upon receiving your credit card information by phone we will then place the order and email you a confirmation within 24 hours (approximately). Orders will be placed after all payment information and the form below is received.
