When ordering you must use the size chart to establish an approximate size for your gown. Because body types are different the gown will need to be personally fitted to you. Alterations are not included in the price of purchase. Most wedding gowns have up to 3 inches of seam allowance allowing the gown to be let out if neccessary. Please measure Bust , Waist and Hips accurately to avoid unnecessary exchanges and expenses.

Wedding gowns ordered without measurements voids the return policy.

Payment methods accepted:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Money Order, or personal check Allow 10 extra days for checks to clear.

Permission to charge your credit card

To prevent fraud upon ordering we now require you to sign a form stating that you give us permission to charge your credit card for X amount. You will also need to sign the credit card receipt.

We do this by fax so you will need to have access to a fax number. If you do not have a fax machine many places of business do offer this service, for instance, the post office or copy centers as well as many grocery stores.

You may mail the signed fax back but it will hold up your order as it won’t be processed until we receive the signed forms. We cannot make any exceptions. We apologize if this is an inconvenience but we feel its important to both parties involved and we appreciate your cooperation.

Modest Evening Gowns

Due to our suppliers no return policy these dresses are returnable with a 50% restock fee Or choose an online Store Credit with a 25% restock fee. Shipping is $20.00 per order in the states.

Colors

Online colors can be different on the computer then in real life so be aware of that and choose carefully. If you have questions about the colors chosen please ask. We do not take returns on bridesmaids/formals for any reason . We do not refund payment because the color looked different then seen online. Sample color swatches are available on some but NOT ALL of the bridesmaids/formals for a small fee.

We do NOT have color samples for the Prom gowns or colors on wedding gowns.

Rush cuts

Are available on some of the wedding gowns for an extra fee however we recommend you allow plenty of time for delivery as we cannot guarantee an exact ship date. Many wedding gowns are in stock but some are not and will take 2 to 3 months or more to get in. Items can be delayed for a variety of reasons. We recommend you have the gown at least one month ahead of the date needed and sooner like 2 to 3 months ahead is ideal.

Ship dates given are approximate and not a guarantee!

If you order a rush cut on a wedding gown or bridesmaid dress please be patient in waiting for it to get to you. Rush cut means the dress is set ahead of the regular orders and cut special for you. The manufacturer has a charge to do this that we pass on to you. The fee does not cover shipping or upgrades, that is additional.

Once any order is placed it is not cancelable

The dress will be shipped to you as per our agreement. We cannot refund the fee for rushes even if it's a week or so later then the approximate ship date.. It's best to plan ahead and not wait until the last minute If you do order a rush cut we expect you to realize it will be very close to your date and to not get stressed in waiting for the delivery. We do guarantee to get it there in time or before the wedding date. If you feel it's too close for comfort or need a guaranteed ship date then please choose another option. We may make the decision not to place your order if we feel its too close to the event date and may not make it.

Please be aware of the return policy and read all the info posted to educate your self about how this works. When ordering online the key is the more time you allow the better. We have processed many orders over the years and have many happy customers. Once in awhile there is a problem due to events we cannot control and we do all we can to rectify it.

Out of the country orders

If you live outside the continental US then the shipping and handling will be more. We will give an approximate quote for UPS or FEDEX but it can vary a little. There will also be taxes and duties from your country we do not control. We do not charge those to you and we do not know the amount. You will pay those at delivery . If concerned you must check that out with your country before ordering. If you choose to return a wedding gown that is not a special order and is returnable there will be a loss of the shipping and all duties and taxes as well as a restock fee per our policy and you will have to pay to have it sent back with all costs incurred by you.. It can become quite expensive for this so you want to be sure of your choice and size when ordering. As of right now we ship to Canada , UK, Australia, Germany and a few other countries as well as to military addresses. You must allow plenty of time for shipments to be received.

All other policies do apply as well. We do not know the various exchange rates. You will need to check your credit card company for this as it's automatically done by them. While there can be somewhat of a small risk we have had good success in shipping outside the US and try to do all we can to make it a positive experience.
