Wedding Gowns may be returned with a 10% restock fee of dress price or a minimum of $50.00 (see below) for instructions.
Note - wedding gowns tried on in our stores and ordered later via internet are not returnable.

Special orders and custom cuts, extra lengths or Ivory and colored gowns are Not returnable for any reason.

Bridesmaids/Formals are Not returnable as they are a special order and made for you.

Flower Girl dresses are Not returnable as they are a special order.

Prom Gowns are Not returnable as they are date sensitive.

Evenings Gowns - they are special made for your order so generally not returnable but if you need to the dress may be returned with a 50% restock fee.

Accessories can be returned once with a $10.00 restock fee per item or order.

Shoes Regular priced shoes may be returned once if not satisfied for exchange or refund but extra shipping fees will apply for exchanges. Sale shoes are not returnable. Returned Shoes must be unworn and in perfect condition to receive a refund. Call for return authorization number .

Simple dresses can be returned or exchanged once with a 25% restock fee plus any additional shipping costs.

Invitation orders are Not returnable or cancelable.

We feel confident you will love your wedding gown from Totally Modest however If for any reason you are not satisfied with your wedding gown purchase you may return it for an exchange, credit or refund less a restocking fee listed above. and less shipping and handling fees. Please measure carefully and choose the correct size to prevent having to pay the restock fee.

If you feel the size is not going to work for you we will exchange the gown (if another size is available) however only 2 gowns will be sent to the same customer or address. You will be charged the extra shipping.

You must follow these steps before (Returning Wedding Gowns) or accessory items purchased.

1. Email us within 48 hrs. of receiving your purchase.
2. Mail your purchase postmarked within 48 hrs. of receiving it with the authorization number written on the outside of the box.
3. Item must not have been worn ,altered, dirtied or be damaged in any way. All tags have been left on the item.
4. Package is insured for amount of purchase and sent postage paid within the 48 hr. time period.
5. Once your return has been received we will issue an exchange, credit or refund less a restocking fee and less shipping and handling charges as long as all steps have been followed.

If these steps are not met and followed or items purchased are sent back without authorization. They will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
