POLICIES FOR ALL ITEMS ARE LISTED BELOW AND MUST BE FOLLOWED.
Any variance from these policies must be stated in writing by us to be valid.
Phone conversations must be in writing to be valid.
BY PLACING AN ORDER YOU DO AGREE AND ACCEPT ALL OF THESE TERMS.
Wedding Gown Exchanges (internet orders)
We will do 1 exchange only on most wedding dresses purchased
online in store stock, with in 48 hrs of reciept of dress , see below for instructions. No refunds.
Special orders placed with manufacturers are not exchangeable ,
meaning All Sales are Final on special orders not in store stock.
Credit card receipt will need to be signed.
Please check with us on any sizing details so we can make sure you get the best fit.
Alterations are to be expected.
Dresses tried on and or purchased in our St George store are not returnable or exchangeable.
Custom dresses are not returnable.
Meaning any thing that changes the original dress, like extra or shorter length , sleeve changes, , train removed or added etc.
Sales Dresses, Clearance Items and Discounted dresses and items are Not exchangeable and are sold AS IS.
Note-wedding gowns tried on in our store and ordered later via internet are not exchangeable. ALL Sales Final
You will be asked to sign the receipt for these.
Shipping charges and rush fees are your responsiblity

Formals and Prom dresses are not returnable
Accessories are not refundable but may be exchanged for another choice.
Exact SHIP DATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED
They are approximate and can be delayed at times 1 to 2 weeks. Please allow plenty of time to order. We do watch orders carefully and will let you know in advance if there is a probelm as far ahead as we can. This is very rare however and almost non existant but a very small possibility.
Instructions for Authorized ReturnsYou must follow these steps before (Returning Wedding Gowns for exchange ) .
- Call or Email us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase to receive a Return Authorization Number or RA number. 1-435-628-9223 for store . No exchanges accepted after the 48 hour time frame. No exceptions.
- Mail your purchase postmarked within 48 hrs. of receiving it with the authorization number written on the outside of the box.
- Item must not have been worn, altered, dirtied or be damaged in any way. All tags must be left on the item.
- Package is insured for amount of purchase and sent postage paid within the 48 hr. time period.
- Once your dress has been received by us we will issue an exchange, as long as all steps have been followed.
