Do you have catalogs? No, we do not have paper catalogs. All of our dresses are in our online catalog only. We add new gowns quite regularly and it would be impossible to keep a current catalog. If you need more information about a particular style we are happy to answer any questions.
Do you have a store where I can try on dresses? Yes we have one store in "St George Utah" called Boulevard Bridal & Prom. To see our physical store website go to www.BoulevardBridal.com. We do NOT have other stores or affiliate locations. We do NOT sell wholesale. We do NOT rent dresses. Totally Modest is our online store. Modest and sleeveless gowns on the Totally Modest site are carried at the store as well but we don't have every dress offered online in the store . We have many wedding and prom dresses in stock in various sizes. We do not stock bridesmaids dresses but may have one of various styles to try on. Email contact us for more info on certain styles available.
How do I place an order? Please click on "add to cart" and fill out form and submit it to us. We will process the credit card once we know the dress or item is available. We will send you an email reply with credit card receipt to print, sign and return for Bridesmaids and Prom dresses before we order them. If item is not available we will email or call you . Once order is completed we will then email a confirmation number and an approximate ship date. Note: some collections do not have prices listed due to supplier contract agreements so the regular shopping cart cannot be used. We have added an "order form link " in red instead for your convenience. Contact us for the price first then please fill out order form and email submit it to us and then you will need to call us with a credit card for payment. We will email a toll free number once order is received. Please use the contact page if you have any questions.
How fast will I get my order? SHIP DATES VARY and ARE NOT GUARANTEED ! They are approximate and can be delayed at times 2 to 4 weeks at times. All gowns and dresses have an estimated time frame listed by them for approximate delivery . This begins once the dress is ordered by us from the supplier. Wedding gowns can be instock or take 14 to 20 weeks if not in stock. Rush cuts may be available. Rush dates are also approximate and can take longer then the given time at busy times and first of the year. Bridesmaids take about 8 to 14 weeks and rush cuts are available on most. BRIDESMAIDS ARE NOT STOCKED IN OUR STORE BUT ARE MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR ORDER. Prom dresses may be in stock or can take 8 to 12 weeks if not . We always check for stock first and if we need to special order we will let you know.
How do I determine the correct size? These dresses will most likely need to be altered to fit you best. Please see and follow our measurement page directions in top menu ! Please send us your measurements . Bust , Waist and Hips. Please do not guess . All of the dresses have a size chart listed by them and the charts vary according to the style dress. The dresses are the size of the chart in most cases and we can only go by the measurements you give to us to determine your size. You will need to be measured and choose a size that corresponds the closest to your measurements as they are not made to your measurements. If you are in between sizes please go up one size. If you are broad shouldered or athletic please go up one size. If you are right on with the size chart the dress will fit like a glove or may even be snug so you may want to go up a size to be safe especially for bridesmaids as there is generally no seam allowance and they are not returnable. Most bridal and formal wear run smaller then store bought clothing so please allow for that in choosing a size. It always better to err on the larger side.

Bridesmaid Group Orders: Please order the bridesmaids all together and its best if one person can pay for the order and then you collect payment later from your maids. If seperate orders are coming in make sure there is a deadline so all girls can be ordered at same time. Please email a list of bridesmaids names so we can keep track of them and let you know who we are still waiting on to order. We can ship to individual addresses but fee will be the $15. per dress or more depending on where you are. All Sales final on these.
Can I order several gowns to try on and keep the one I like and send the rest back? sorry but No our manufactures do not take returns so we will only send one wedding gown at a time. A restock fee will apply on exchanges. There is no limit to the amount of bridesmaid dresses ordered but they are not returnable. Prom dresses are not returnable either. Same for all other dresses on the site. If you need to try on several dresses then you need to visit our store. Totally Modest is for serious buyers only . We are not a try on service. You will need to come to our store or another store if you mainly want to try on and style search etc.
Can I order Color Swatches? Sorry swatches are not available
Why didn't I get a reply when I placed an order or inquiry? We get many orders and inquires with email addresses that are not correct so when we reply they bounce back to us as undeliverable. Or it may go into your spam file. Please check your spam and make sure your phone number is on the order or inquiry so we can call you if this happens . Also some customers never look at their emails . Please check your email for our reply as that is how we correspond with you through this whole process.
How will my dress be shipped? We ship UPS and USPS . We will ship USPS for those with PO boxes, APO addresses and out of country orders if applicable. If the package is over $200.00 or needs an express rush we will need to have it signed for as well. Some exceptions may occur. Allow one week approximately or sooner for UPS ground from the time it ships in the states . We can upgrade to 2 or 3 day or overnight for an extra fee as well if available in your area. We use the smallest box possible to save on fees. We also support going green and used recycle boxes where possible. We do not ship through customers private or business UPS accounts.
What if I give the wrong address? There will be an extra charge for errors in addresses given so please make sure they are correct . If you need to change your address please send the new address by email before we ship the dress. Please make sure yoru email address is correct also and put us in your address book as we send the tracking number by email once dress ships. We use email do do most of our correspondance.
How early should I order my gown or dress? We get many calls and emails about this. Really the sooner the better to secure you will get it in a timely manner before the needed date. Styles can be discontinued at any time so keep that in mind also. Brides magazine says you should order your wedding gown at least a year ahead so with that knowledge you can be the judge as to how soon. Bridesmaids have a delivery time listed by each dress and are generally not stocked . Many prom gowns are stocked but sell out fast so order early.
What about alterations? Most all the gowns and dresses will need some alterations so expect it and plan on having a good qualified seamstress to do the work needed. Basic alterations may include taking in the sides and adjusting the shoulders , hemming, a bustle on the train, The gown or dress is NOT custom made to your measurements and will require alterations to fit your body type. We do not alter gowns purchased online for obvious reasons, namely there is no way to do the fittings needed. Most dresses sent back for exchange are for larger sizes so please measure accurately. Its best not to set up alteration appointments until you actually have the dress as delays and such can happen causing the dress to be later then the estimated delivery. Wedding dresses are made to the size chart and generally long enough for a person about 5/10 to 11 ft tall. So if you are short it will need to be hemmed. Even custom made dress will require some alterations.
Can I order fabric? We can order in fabric for some wedding gowns but not all . Fabric Comes in 1 yard increments most of the time with 3 yard limit per customer . Lace prices will need to be quoted. Fabric cannot be ordered seperately without dress. Contact us for more info
Are your gowns considered temple ready? Most all of our wedding gowns are considered modest in that they will cover the garment worn for the LDS bride. While modesty is our main goal there are a few exceptions where certain dress styles may need to be lined or altered for more coverage. . If you are concerned about a particular style please get in contact with us via our contact page. Please contact your temple for more details in what is required for the temple ceremony . Some Prom dresses can be a bit less modest but all have a sleeve or thick strap to cover the shoulder. Please choose what you are most comfortable with.
Can I exchange a wedding gown for another size or style? Yes if dresses are in store stock only. It may be exchanged once for a different size if we have it in store stock. Special orders placed not in store stock are not returnable or exchangeable. All sales are final.
Custom changed dresses are not returnable nor are dresses with color options. Bridesmaids are not returnable. No return on Prom gowns . Sale gowns/dresses are not returnable. Please see our policies in the top menu for more details. We hope you will love the dress but if not it can be exchanged once in most cases. We do not send more then one dress at a time. There are no refunds offered on any exchanges or returns.

When and how do I pay for the gown or items? Payment for the gown or other items is required at the time of order. We accept Visa, MasterCard , Discover , American Express , Money order or Cashiers check made to Boulevard Bridal. If you wish to make payments on wedding gowns only please contact us but we will not order the dress unless at least 60% is paid on it. Credit card is not charged until availability of item is confirmed. Then order is placed and processed.
Where are your dresses made? We order direct through long established American suppliers who are established in the U.S. and other countries and some in the USA like Allure, Mon Cheri etc and others who manufacture their own products. They have excellent reputations and are known for their high quality products to assure we get the very best dresses . We also purchase from Los Angeles direct as well.
